Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations

How long will it take to get my order? Shipping times can vary depending on the specific brand and item. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Generally, you can expect to receive your product within 3-5 business days once it has shipped. For larger items requiring LTL Freight (such as Corral Shelters or Equine Stalls), delivery may take slightly longer, and you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window. If a longer shipping time is anticipated for a specific product, it will be clearly noted on the product page. Return Policy

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on our items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note that for "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of order placement and before the item has shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at 888-611-8399 or support@stockyardsupplies.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy. Damaged or Defective Items

What if my package arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. For LTL Freight shipments, please inspect the item upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us with photos of the damage at support@stockyardsupplies.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
