What if your order arrives damaged?

We recommend checking your items and packaging as soon as they are delivered. If you notice any damage, including dents or tears in the box, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the package immediately but suspect it may be damaged, write “suspected damage” when signing for it.

If your product does arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@stockyardsupplies.com. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day—to ensure your homestead or farm operations aren’t interrupted.
